I haven’t received my order yet and I am missing part of my order. What do I do?

Some of our products are digital items (instantly downloadable) while other products are physical items shipped by snail mail.

We also have products, systems, and bundles that are comprised of both digital (instantly downloadable) and physical items.

For our digitally downloadable items (e-book, audio recording, etc.), you should have been taken to a download page right after completing your payment. You should also have received a confirmation email with a download link. If you have trouble locating your download link or have not received it, just contact us and provide us with as much details as you can regarding your purchase (your email, your name, the item bought, the order #, etc.) and we will send you the download link.

For physical products (DVD, audio CD, manual, training tool, etc.), it is usually shipped within 5-7 business days and may take up to 2 weeks to arrive depending on where you are located. However, feel free to contact us to inquire about the status of your order if you feel it's been too long.
