I am just excited to have the oppurtunity to learn from such a great coaching staff. I work with the Cornell University team, its tough to find different ways to teach the same thing college girls have been seeing their whole lives. I also work with a 16U travel Team The Lady Ice out of upstate NY and I am constatnly looking for different ideas and techniques to teach fundamentals.

I liked you on Facebook (Dave).  I coach with a 12U team that just started to get put together (Arlington Sage 12U).  They girls have lots of potential.  We are trying to elevate the team right now to be a competitive C level team and then hopefully a B level team by the Fall before we need to jump to 14U.

Ridgewood is the high school team that I coach in Ohio.  I love getting new ideas and drills to break up the monotony of practice for the team.  I would love to receive this dvd to plan practices and also to let my players watch and learn.

softball performance always has interesting articles and information to pass along not only to novice player's and coaches but also to the ones who are alittle bit more serious. this dvd would surely suprise alot of people especially in south texas which things sometimes things are at a much slower pace. this dvd would help by learning the advantages of getting an edge on the competition. we could always use this to stay ahead of the opponents. thank you for everything that you and your staff do!

An excellent website for softball tips and product for sale.

I would like this learning tool to continue my coaching carrer. My daughter has aged out. I still am active in winter clinics and summer teams. Always looking to learn and teach the MENtal and FUNdamental side of the game. Not coaching this summer but looking to get a u12 or 14 team this fall and take them the distance till they age out.Team Lightning would really be a strom to reckon with.

I coach a 14U team in NC & feel that I have got them to a point I need help. This would make a great tool for my team.

I would like the dvd because my team could really use help on fielding, hitting, and sliding and I think that this dvd would really help my team before the play-offs. I am in a 10/11u league and my team name is Cheetahs. I really want this dvd for me and my team.

Our team is the Carolina Xtreme. We are a travel team. I have been subscribing to softball performance for about 3 years now. We are a 10's 12s and 14U program. Each time that I open my email I get juiced when I see something new from Marc. The info that he gives is awesome. The DVDs that I have purchaced in the past are always so indepth and jammed packed with info. Sometimes it is stuff that we know and overlook now. Then when I read an article or watch a video.. It's wow why did we stray from this?? It would be great to win this DVD. If I don't I guess that I will just be giving my debit info once again!

My name is Helen, and I am captain & starting catcher for the competitive team, 14U Alaska Northstars. I wasn't on my high school team due to a late transfer-in, but when I was attending North Pole, I made starting Varsity. I'm going to be a junior at Eielson Senior High this upcoming year, even though I'm only 15 years old. I watched my high school team lose to so many good softball teams, only because they weren't aggressive, didn't know how to stop the ball, weren't informed on baserunning, and didn't even know what the word bunt meant. Yes, my team ended up going to state because we're one of the two only 3A schools in our district. They didn't place at all at state. Also, my competitive team (Northstars) is leaving in 5 days to go to Newberg, OR for a couple tournaments and a camp, and my team needs some help on laying down bunts and baserunning. We've only played 3 games, but as scrimmages. You DVD would help with both of those things. I think that you're DVD will help both me, for comp and high school, and my team a lot, and help us take State next year.

Hi.  My name is Chris.  I'm fortunate to be the head coach of a 10U rec team (Destroyers) and also an assistant coach for a 10U (Twisters) travel team.  I guess you could also say I'm also the hitting coach for several players on an 8U travel team (Ohio Glory 8U) as well.
I would love this DVD for several reasons:
1.  I am always looking for other unconventional coaching methods to complement my own unconventional style to create chaos for opposing defenses.  Defensive chaos is what I teach my own defense to avoid and what I try to teach my offense to create.  That's my style and learning better ways to do this are valuable to me.
2.  As a coach, I am interested in gaining insight from more experienced coaches, which is one of the reasons I follow Softball Performance so religiously.  Love all of the articles you send out. 
3.  I simply have an incessant thirst for softball knowledge.

I am a coach of 12U and 8U. The 12U team are emotional young women that need to be pushed a little more than normal and switching things up at practice through this DVD will make it more exciting and fun for them to want to do better. I would also like to use the DVD for my 8U team to get and keep them in a GREAT softball mentallity. I would also like to start them off in the correct ways of doing things and not get into the BAD HABITS that the older girls have. THANKS!!!

I help coach a 18u Travel team in Indiana. Our girls are fundamentally sound but would like help them achieve the next level.

Our 12U team (After Shock) is having a difficult time this season even though we posses excellent talent.

The majority are all on the lower end of the age bracket and yet we still seem to compete at the same level as all the other teams despite this age difference, however do to the lack of our offensive aggressiveness and play generating knowledge required to move up to this next level, we will have a difficult struggle to move from the low/middle of the pack to one of the top seeded teams.

The team could really use this instructional DVD to catapult us to a new level of play while in stowing invaluable knowledge that would only be obtained thru years of coaching and experience thus regenerating all the fun and excitement this game has to offer all our girls.

I coach 10U, and any information would be more than helpful.  We have a talented team, but they don't seem to all "show up" mentally @ the same time on game nights!  Season is almost over, but prep for next is going to start right after this season is done.

I coach at high school where the city does not push softball in the summer. We (as coaches) are left to try and teach softball to the girls who should have learned it at an early age. We have natural athletes, but they do not know the game of softball and I would love to be able to teach them everything they need to know and this would help them.

Coach Marc, thanks for the opportunity.  I coach a local team in Warsaw, Poland (the Warsaw Diamonds).  This DVD would be a unique tool for us.  The softball teams in Poland tend to take their strategies directly from baseball.  Having a better understanding of an aggressive short-game offense would give us a decided advantage.

This sounds like an awesome dvd...learning these techniques sounds like fun and who doesn't want the upper hand!!  My daughter is only 13 years old and has already pitched for a 16u team.  She loves the sport and will be a freshman this coming year and will probably be pitching for her high school team.  So anything she can learn and teach her teammates will only make them a better team.  Her highschool team is the Shenandoah Valley Blue Devils, her travel team is the Susquehana Valley Rebels and her rec league team is the Shenandoah Storm.

My favorite thing about softball performance is the way it keeps you interested in opening the emails that are sent so you can see new drills and ideas to keep practices fresh and interesting for the girls. Team name is Valley Poisn a 14 U team . I believe this vidio could help our team get to where they want to be , and I would like to use it as practice night with all the parents.

I coach the 12U Greenfield Ignitors. I keep stressing to my girls how important smart, aggressive base-running is. In our first tournament, we won three games, but we also lost 3 games. All 3 games that we lost were decided by 1 run, and I can pinpoint specific instances where heads-up baserunning would have tied or even won the game for us.

i feel that the short game is the best wat to win close games if drives teames nuts and creats confusion to them makes them hury up and put the ball in olay and they will make mistakes

I coach a high school team in North Smithfield ,RI. We have a .300 plus team batting avg. but could score alot of runs. I would love to learn how to drive teams in our league nuts.

I am a new coach for a U10 team, I would love the free video to help with my coaching techniqes. The short game is something that can always be there. You have to field it, throw it and catch it again all under pressure..that's why I love it!

My daughter plays on a 12U team called the Topeka Bobcats. I have helped coach her and her teams for the past 5 years. This team is showing some improvment in some but not all area's. We could really use this DVD to increase our  knowledge of the game, refresh our coaching skills and help our girls to better understand not only the althletic skills involved but also the thought process in all stages of the game. I really believe that the information contained on the DVD would help advance the playing level of our team.

Love the small ball game to generate lots of excitement and watch the girls run the bases.  Forcing the defense to make quick decisions generates errors which leads to extra bases.  Would love to learn more so the Lady Rebel 14U team can enjoy more success!!

Our team needs to find ways to generate runs.  We're a young 16U team with only a couple of power hitters and need to up our "small ball" game.

The name of our team is the South Brunswick Vikings Black, we are a 12u team and we lost two of our better hitters to the other 12u team in town, the Gold, so we could use some ways to cause havoc and score runs!

Our team is a 14U team that competes regularly but just cannot seem to get over the hump to get further on bracet days.  This DVD will help us work on the smaller things to push us over the top.

My Daughter's summer softball team is the Pleasant Hope Stealers 16U, and she pitches for her High School Softball team, Pleasant Hope Lady Pirates.  As a freshman she was the varsity pitcher her helped lead her High school team to a 3rd place finish in state (MO).  She along with 5 other starting freshmen who played with her on the summer team did what no other softball team, or High School team in any sport has ever done at Pleasant Hope, but it is not enough.

Last year they lost in sectionals 1 - 0 to Warsaw, who ended up coasting to 1st place in State.  This year the girls want to be very focused and want to win it all.  I believe this video could help them accomplish this goal.  The girls all work hard and are very dedicated.  It would mean a lot to them and the team.

Love the information you provide on a regular basis.  I find myself printing articles for both coaches and my daughter that provide a new way of looking at things that might add up to one more hit, putout or extra base.

Coach,  I would love to have this DVD.  I love the game of softball and every year my daughter plays community league ball, it's so disappointing.  I do not see much advancement in their learning the game.  As a parent who loves the sport and wants her daughter to excell , it's painful to watch.  I want to work with her and her team to "make things happen".  These girls are 11 and 12 yr olds who need to know what to do.  We are Highland Youth Scots.  Go Scots!
