Great Softball Pitching Tool for Young Pitchers

I was recently asked about great softball pitching aids for young new pitchers. Well, the first thing that came to mind was the Power Push.

PowerPush 2T Great Softball Pitching Tool for Young PitchersI think it's a great tool that eliminates a very common pitching mechanic flaw. Use it with pitchers who are just starting out and you can help them develop a solid lower body foundation for optimal pitching power and speed.

The one problem I've encountered when telling people about the Power Push is that even with a picture, some people are unsure of how it works or how it will help them.

Thankfully, Mr. Quintero (Power Push developer) put together a great video explaining just how Power Push can help pitchers both new and experienced.

What is the STOP HOP made of? In the video it looks to be medal and in the other ads where it is painted red I can't tell. Thanks I plan to get one.    Robert Ray

having reviewed the video, it strikes me that the tool encourages an illegal pitch by forcing the front of the drive foot out in front of the plate before delivery. also it seems to focus the drive in front of the plate rather than off the plate.

quite the opposite,it forces the push over the toe which keeps the pitcher in contact with the ground. This also keeps the pitcher from leaping and pointing their foot backwards. As to the second part, the ball of the foot is on the front edge of the plate. This is what you push against.not the top of the plate.
