I have faith in the ISF that they can get softball back into the Olympic program! I still have my dream and I WILL play softball in the Olympics! Thanks Marc!
So.. says he wants to promote the game.
try getting teams to develop national players (especially pitchers) rather than just fly them in for championships (look around Europe). not just in Europe either. there is not a single good US male pitcher. they fly em in from NZ or maybe CAN.
never mentions Joan Joyce as the greatest lady pitcher ever
tiebreaker rule is for wimps. Using excuse of TV is crazy. How many leagues actually have games televised. If it takes 20 innnings to get a winner do it. Makes the sport look like wimpy soccer with shootouts.
umpire enforcing rules…what a joke. call illegal pitch 2 times and then ignore if for the rest of the game. anybody pitching legally in saskatoon? either do away with the rule or enforce it. but, make batters go back to wooden bats so we dont get killed on the mound. they dont need all that high tech crap to hit the ball.
We know that can get softball back into the Olympìc programc .We come FROM perÚ mY PLAYERS still have their dream and they will play softball inte olymnpic. GOOD LUCK Mr.DON PORTER WE LOVE YOU.
