Hi,
i coach fastpitch in south africa, in the western cape. I have been using coaching science in my application for some time. Fortunate for me i work at the sports science institue of south africa but my research directly in softball have added wealth to my coaching as well as the club i coach for. I'm looking forward to reading more of your input.
Using science in coaching is only getting a toe hold now, but i love to use all tools available to effectively train athletes. Especially biomechanically sound athletes.
