Defensive Softball Drills - Worker-Helper

Purpose: To field a lot of ground balls in a short amount of time, in order to work on fastpitch softball defense mechanics.

Procedure: Partners stand 30 feet apart. The helper rolls balls to either side of the worker, who fields the ball and throws it back. Let the worker work until a certain amount of time has elapsed or a certain number of plays have been completed then rotate.
