One at a time athletes are flipped an easy fly ball that they have to move behind and come through to catch. Fielders should be working on making the catch in front of their forehead and reducing the number of steps between catch and throw (glove foot should be infront and on the ground as catch is made). This is a great drill to teaching how to catch fly balls and great to teach how to play softball outfield the right way.
