Softball Catcher Drills - Stolen Bases

Purpose: This softball catcher drill is to allow the catcher to throw to second and third base, simulating stolen base attempts.

Procedure: There is a simulated batter in the batter's box and a helper throws underhand to the catcher and a helper is at second or third base. The catcher is in full gear and receives the pitched ball and throws to second or third base.
