Softball Catcher Drills - Throwing to a Base

A partner is needed for this drill. The catcher is in the crouch position with a mask on and a ball is tossed in the air. The pitcher/partner yells one or three depending which side the ball is on. This drill helps a catcher with the throwing and catching aspects of the position.
