Softball Fielding Drills - Diving

Athletes form a circle around the coach (on their knees). The coach will throws balls within diving reach for the athletes. Have everyone go in the same direction (ie. glove side, back hand, forward, etc.).This is a great softball fielding drill for diving to catch balls.
