Youth Softball Drills - Step Backs

Hitters get in their normal stance to find out where their feet are comfortable and then bring the back foot forward so that it is beside the front foot.  Once in this position they step their back foot back to it’s original position and load the weight onto the back side and then push forward to complete the swing. This is a great drill to help hitters with their stance and to teach them how to complete a proper swing.
