This drill is one of my favorite softball hitting drills ever. It teaches players to hit line drives and they get instant feedback on their mechanics. They quickly learn how to make adjustments to hit the ball the way they should.

Yes, space can always be an issue. Favorite outdoor drill. Put a target at second base or a little behind and hit it!
