Umpiring a Softball Game - Easy or Not?

Umpiring a softball game (or officiating in any sport for that matter) is a thankless job. You're being yell at, every body questions your decisions, people even questions your sanity and your intelligence.

As coaches, players, or parents, we assumed that calling balls or strikes isn't that hard. Here is a little video that will put things back in perspective.
